Absolutely, personalisation is entirely complimentary: your bag is made to order according to your unique choices of colour, chain, finish with or without fringes and embroidered initials.

The Balagan bag is made within 15 working days, then shipped.

To preserve the shine of the Balagan II collection's bamboo terry and the quality of the chain, we recommend gentle hand washing only. Machine washing must be avoided. For drying, prefer flat drying in the open air to keep the bag's original shape.

Shipping is free in mainland France from €100. We ship worldwide. Rates are shown on your order page. For returns, please note that the Balagan II Lurex Palma is a personalised item. We do not accept returns, under art. L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code. The sale is therefore final.
