Every Leslie Sulman piece is an artisanal creation, handmade in our Paris workshop.

Making time: allow an average of 8 to 15 working days for the making and personalisation of your piece.

Order preparation: once made, your order is shipped within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

We ship worldwide with our carrier partners (Colissimo / Chronopost).

Mainland France: shipping is FREE from €100.

International & French overseas territories: shipping costs are calculated automatically when you confirm your bag.

Estimated transit times: France (2 to 4 days), Europe (3 to 7 days), rest of the world (5 to 12 days).

For any order outside the EU, local taxes may be charged. These costs are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices.

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code:

Personalised products: cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Non-personalised products: 14-day withdrawal period (return costs borne by the customer).
