Every piece is a celebration of the handmade. All our bags and accessories are crafted with passion in our Paris workshop, in the heart of the 8th arrondissement. This local production lets us guarantee impeccable quality and champion local artisanal know-how.
We proudly claim a Made in France production.

We choose our materials for their beauty and durability:

• Balagan collection: an OEKO-TEX certified bamboo terry for an absolutely soft touch. The bandanas are 100% natural cotton. The evening bags are polyester elastane.
• Balagan II collection: we print our own in-house prints on various fabrics: lycra (95% polyester / 5% elastane • stretch), sequin lycra, lurex. The bag's metal components such as the eyelets are electroplated brass.
• Details & chains: our chains are aluminium, interlaced with a faux leather cord.
• Beach totes: made from recycled PET plastic in a partner workshop in Mexico, then personalised by us in Paris.

That is precisely what gives it its value. Unlike mass production, our bags carry "the maker's gesture". Every embroidery or sewing stitch, every weave of our Mexican totes reflects the soul of the artisan. These nuances are not imperfections but the mark of authenticity and of a unique piece made for you.

Once your order is confirmed, you have a maximum of 24 hours to contact us to change a detail. After that, the atelier begins preparing your unique piece and no further changes can be made.

The character limit varies with the size and design of each model. You'll find this precise information directly on the product page of your favourite bag.

Artisanal quality takes patience. Allow an average of 8 to 15 working days depending on the model for the making and personalisation of your piece in our Paris workshop before it ships.

• To preserve the shape of our bags and the quality of the chain, we recommend gentle hand washing only. Machine washing must be avoided. For drying, prefer flat drying in the open air to keep the bag's original shape.
• Recycled plastic totes: a simple wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth is enough to restore their shine.
  Precaution: avoid prolonged exposure to intense heat to maintain the structure of the materials.

The fabric is meticulously embroidered with sequins on a soft lycra base. It is nonetheless an exceptional textile: beware of objects, nails or abrasive surfaces that could snag it. In the reversible version (when the sequins face the inside of the bag), avoid placing keys or sharp objects directly against the material to preserve the integrity of the fabric.

As with any precious item worn daily, wear may occur. If a sequin were to come slightly loose, a small drop of clear nail polish on the end of the thread will immediately stop the embroidery stitch and discreetly secure everything.

Absolutely. Our creations are designed to accompany you on all your adventures. As with any artisanal piece, we advise you not to overload your bag so as not to distort the fabric or strain the seams unnecessarily. It is a piece that lives with you and will gain character over time.

Our bag charms are the perfect allies of your creativity. Thanks to their universal clip, they attach to any bag, whether a Leslie Sulman model or a piece from your wardrobe you want to wake up. They can also be used as key rings.

The Mini Balagan evening-bag format is an ode to intelligent minimalism. It was designed to carry only the essentials, those that free your look without weighing it down. Picture your smartphone, a slim leather card holder, your hotel room keys and that favourite lipstick for midnight touch-ups. Its soft yet structured shape keeps an impeccable silhouette, even when you dance. It's the companion that never leaves you, from cocktails on the terrace to the end of the night, without ever weighing on your shoulder or breaking the line of your dress.

• International & French overseas territories: shipping costs are calculated automatically when you confirm your bag.
• ⚠️ Customs duties and taxes: for any order shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, local taxes or import duties may be charged by the local authorities. These costs are not included in the sale price or the shipping costs. They remain the sole responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your country's customs services before finalising your order.

In accordance with the legislation on personalised products, items made to your specific choices (personalised bag, embroidery) are neither exchangeable nor refundable. For non-personalised items, you have the legal 14-day withdrawal period.
