To preserve the shine of the Balagan II collection's bamboo terry and the quality of the chain, we recommend gentle hand washing only. Machine washing must be avoided. For drying, prefer flat drying in the open air to keep the bag's original shape.

Shipping is free in mainland France from €100. We ship worldwide. Rates are shown on your order page. For returns, please note that the Balagan II Psea-K Ondine is a personalised item. We do not accept returns, under art. L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code. The sale is therefore final.

Embroidering initials is optional. The choice is yours.

Each piece requires an incompressible making time in the workshop. Bags are made within 15 working days. If you're leaving soon, we suggest having your bag delivered directly to your holiday address.

As made-to-measure making begins very soon after your purchase, no change or cancellation is possible once the order is confirmed.

Only letters of the alphabet, numbers and standard punctuation are accepted. Emojis cannot be embroidered.

The text is embroidered exactly as you type it in the configurator (capitals, lower case, spelling). Remember to proofread before confirming your bag.
