Absolutely, personalisation is entirely complimentary: your bag is made to order according to your unique choices of colour, chain, finish with or without fringes and embroidered initials.

The Balagan II Psea-K Island bag is made within 15 working days, then shipped.

To preserve the shine of the Balagan II collection's bamboo terry and the quality of the chain, we recommend gentle hand washing only. Machine washing must be avoided. For drying, prefer flat drying in the open air to keep the bag's original shape.

The fabric is meticulously embroidered with sequins on a soft lycra base. It is nonetheless an exceptional textile: beware of objects, nails or abrasive surfaces that could snag it. In the reversible version (when the sequins face the inside of the bag), avoid placing keys or sharp objects directly against the material to preserve the integrity of the fabric. As with any precious item worn daily, wear may occur. If a sequin were to come slightly loose, a small drop of clear nail polish on the end of the thread will immediately stop the embroidery stitch and discreetly secure everything.

Each piece requires an incompressible making time in the workshop. Bags are made within 15 working days. If you're leaving soon, we suggest having your bag delivered directly to your holiday address.

As made-to-measure making begins very soon after your purchase, no change or cancellation is possible once the order is confirmed.

Only letters of the alphabet, numbers and standard punctuation are accepted. Emojis cannot be embroidered.
