A touch nostalgic, resolutely contemporary. The Balagan II Raffia hijacks the aesthetic of vintage tablecloths and the charm of our grandmothers' cross-stitch to project them into a modern, sunny dynamic. A joyful reinterpretation of the linens of yesteryear, played in an offbeat spirit.

Cross-Stitch 2.0

The Balagan II draws its inspiration from the treasures of family wardrobes and the retro charm of embroidered linen. Its trompe-l'œil print reinvents traditional needlework with an assumed second degree, displaying mythical stopovers such as Ibiza, Positano or St-Barth. On the back, the motif switches to a revisited Richelieu embroidery, where period textile cutwork draws a graphic, marine wave pattern.

To dust off classic embroidery without its fragility, the visual comes to life on a fluid lycra, lined with a plush terry. The artisanal spirit asserts itself through touches of raffia, creating a spontaneous contrast between the contemporary comfort of the material and the poetry of a summer memory.

A Chameleon Accessory

Designed as a chameleon accessory, the Balagan II Raffia adapts to every wish. In the reversible version without fringes, it plays a double game: on one side the trompe-l'œil print, on the other a plain terry side (colour of your choice). In the raffia-fringed version — not reversible — it brings movement and a bohemian touch. To seal its singularity, the inside of the bag welcomes the real embroidery of your initials.

Each piece requires an incompressible making time in the workshop (15 working days). If you're leaving soon, we suggest having your bag delivered directly to your holiday address.
